Building homes with Modular units has come a long way since it's first induction in the industry. In the past, Modular Homes have been compared to Mobile homes.

This is far from the truth for THD construction's Modular Homes. Our Modular Homes are true Modulars. They are crane set on a foundation or basement and do not have a metal frame underneath.

These homes will appraise like a stick built home and are built with the same specs. Modular building can be completed quicker in most situations. The cost of Modular building is often less expensive than traditional stick building without sacrificing quality.

Floor Plans are very flexible and many changes are permitted. We can even design a plan from your ideas. Often, houses are built with the best of both Modular and Stick Built methods combined.
