Greg is the Founder and President of THD Construction, Inc. He is a North Carolina Unlimited Licensed Building Contractor. Greg is very proud of his company and it shows in the dedication he puts into every job. He makes sure every customer is a happy one! Greg will oversee each project and answer your technical questions as well as advise you on ways to save money. Greg handles scheduling of every job and hand picks workers according to the requirements of the project.

Greg started out doing remodels and additions. This takes a great deal of creativity and problem solving skills, not to mention patience. That developed into building complete homes, which came with ease after the experience gained from remodels and additions. This has helped Greg to be very diverse. Greg is very "hands on" and stays on top of scheduling and quality control so each job runs smoothly and efficiently.

Shannon Andrews
Shannon is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is owner/operator of THD's Real Estate division, THD Realty.

She has an extensive background in the Home Building Industry with experience in details such as Floor Planning and Residential Design. She can help you create the perfect home.

Shannon will help you every step of the way from financing to finished and will walk you through all building procedures such as finding land, financing, appraisals, closing attorneys, Home Inspections, Home Owners Insurance, County Requirement, etc...

She is very knowledgable in Raw Land Development, whether developing one acre for personal use or subdividing several acres into multiple lots. She will make sure all county requirements are met.

Renee Lee
Renee will help you design your dream home in a price range you will be happy with. She has been with THD for over 8 years and has a great rapport with all her customers.

Renee has a background in accounting and puts her experience to work for you by keeping up with job costs and budgets. She also assists Greg with scheduling and quality control on the job site.
