About Us

Greg is the Founder and President of THD Construction, Inc. He is a North Carolina Unlimited Licensed Building Contractor. Greg is very proud of his company and it shows in the dedication he puts into every job. He makes sure every customer is a happy one! Greg will oversee each project and answer your technical questions as well as advise you on ways to save money. Greg handles scheduling of every job and hand picks workers according to the requirements of the project.

Greg started out doing remodels and additions. This takes a great deal of creativity and problem solving skills, not to mention patience. That developed into building complete homes, which came with ease after the experience gained from remodels and additions. This has helped Greg to be very diverse. Greg is very "hands on" and stays on top of scheduling and quality control so each job runs smoothly and efficiently.

Greg sits on the Board of Directors of BB&T and stays up to date on current  funding and financing issues of the building market.

Gail coordinates the financial schedules of each project.  She handles accounts payables and receivables.  She also assists in managing job costs and budget.

Gail has been with THD for 4 years now.  She is hyper-organized and works hard to keep things in order.  She will stay until her job is finished.  We have nicknamed her "The Warden" because of her persistence in getting the job done...
