We take care to treat the job site with respect as most Remodels and Additions are performed with residents still occupying the home. We will work with your schedule and special circumstances.

Additions

When adding a sun room, bedroom, playroom, mother in-law suite, or whatever space you dream of, you want the addition to look as if it belongs and was part of the original design of the home. Additions can be tricky, and Greg can attest to that, as he has built hundreds of additions. He enjoys the challenge and prides himself on being able to create a working plan with you and finishing the job to your satisfaction.

Remodels

Remodeling your existing space can be exciting. New cabinets and counters can really spruce up the kitchen or bathroom area. Removing walls and using your existing space to it’s full potential can really help you to appreciate the home you have. It can also be a frustrating process because you are living in the space being remodeled. Greg will pay close attention to scheduling of these projects so that the job runs smoothly and quickly with as little interruption to your daily life as possible.

Barns

A custom site built barn from THD is a barn you can be proud of. Knowing that safety was the first consideration in design and building is a comforting thought.

Greg and Shannon are both experienced Horsemen and are aware of safety issues that arise with owning horses and livestock. Safety of handler and horse will be the first concern in design and in building materials.
